Finsolutia operates a SaaS platform for mortgage brokers and credit intermediaries.

• Translate business, customer, and regulatory needs into structured product requirements and user stories
• Define workflows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Analyze business processes, user behavior, and product performance to identify improvements
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential solution trade-offs
• Collect, analyze, and structure customer feedback
• Contribute to continuous product enhancement and optimization
• Maintain product documentation, functional specifications, and release notes
• Support internal teams with product demos, feature walkthroughs, and release communications
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams during backlog refinement and sprint cycles
• Clarify requirements, support issue resolution, and ensure shared understanding throughout the delivery lifecycle

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Specialist, or in a similar role
• Experience producing product requirements, user stories, workflows, functional documentation, release notes, and functional specifications
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding APIs and SaaS concepts
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into actionable product solutions
• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
