• Lead new data projects end to end, from architecture and design through delivery;
• Develop, manage, and optimize data pipelines from ingestion to transformation and analysis;
• Write precise and efficient SQL queries for complex analytical scenarios and reporting;
• Perform structured QA and testing to ensure data accuracy and model reliability;
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and developers to translate complex data into actionable insights;
• Maintain and develop automated data models for usability and accuracy;
• Create documentation and visual diagrams of data flows and assets;
• Help pay down technical debt and shape the foundations of a large, complex data platform;
• Improve existing data processes and propose innovative solutions to data-related challenges.

• Architect and build data solutions from scratch with minimal guidance;
• Write sophisticated SQL queries, including joins, fan-out, window functions, and aggregations;
• Have strong experience with relational databases;
• Have practical experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics;
• Work fluently with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development;
• Apply a rigorous, structured QA approach to SQL and data checks;
• Explain complex data flows and logic clearly to technical and non-technical team members;
• Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving, adaptable, and continuously learning mindset;
• Nice to have: dbt experience, familiarity with event tracking platforms such as Snowplow, experience with Looker or similar tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, dashboard creation and data modeling.

• €3,400–€5,000 Gross monthly, depending on experience and seniority;
