Data Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance data architectures;
• Build, optimize, and maintain pipelines for structured and unstructured data;
• Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources;
• Design data models and contribute to the evolution of the company’s data warehouse;
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing, and monitoring;
• Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting and analytics requirements;
• Participate in Machine Learning, Data Products, LLM integration, and Generative AI business application projects;
• Coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of data solutions;
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members when required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
• 4–5 Years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, or related roles;
• Strong experience designing and developing ETL processes;
• Proficiency in Python and SQL;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure;
• Knowledge of Apache Spark and Big Data technologies;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Experience using Power BI;
• Experience with Databricks;
• High level of English;
• Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Fabric, knowledge of Machine Learning projects, experience with LLM integration projects and Generative AI business applications.
