A Swiss-licensed fintech platform offering payments, FX, card issuing, and referral programs.

Audit the architecture, manage vendor dependencies, and execute the migration to the company’s own infrastructure
Design partner APIs, decide whether to build or buy the payment gateway, and architect multi-tenant SaaS with tenant isolation and white-label capabilities
Hire and lead the engineering squad, define the engineering culture, and bridge the gap between operations and technology

Proven track record managing production financial systems involving real money and high-stakes incidents
Deep expertise in .NET/C#, including the ability to take over, read, and evolve a large codebase
Strong API design skills, including REST/OpenAPI and webhooks, as well as experience with distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS
Hands-on experience with cloud operations, K8s/Docker, CI/CD, IaC, and observability
Flawless technical English for aligning engineering, legal, and executive stakeholders

Direct ownership of the technology vision, with no layers between the role and decision-making
Freedom to define the hiring plan, technology stack, and engineering practices
