The company operates a global iGaming platform that provides a secure, low-latency, and high-performance experience to users worldwide across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

• Define platform architecture, scalability, and technology roadmap;
• Implement engineering best practices, SDLC, code quality, and technical standards;
• Own DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/EC2), CI/CD, monitoring, and disaster recovery;
• Ensure platform security, cybersecurity policies, penetration testing, and incident response;
• Design highly available, low-latency, multi-region infrastructure with DDoS protection;
• Oversee compliance, data protection, audit requirements, and regulatory standards;
• Lead engineering, infrastructure, security, and QA teams;
• Manage integrations with payment providers, game suppliers, sportsbooks, and third-party services;
• Drive platform performance, reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency;
• Establish business continuity, risk management, and security governance frameworks;
• Support international expansion across multiple jurisdictions and regulated markets.

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar technology leadership role in the iGaming industry;
• Deep familiarity with Golang codebase and ecosystem;
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/EC2), DevOps, and CI/CD;
• Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and high-availability architecture;
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, penetration testing, and incident response;
• Experience with compliance, data protection, and regulatory standards in regulated markets;
• Track record of leading engineering, infrastructure, security, and QA teams;
• Experience integrating with payment gateways, game suppliers, sportsbooks, and third-party APIs;
• English C1.
