AUTODOC is a digital-first e-commerce platform for the automotive aftermarket, operating across 27 European countries and developing technology-driven mobility solutions.
задачи
- Develop expertise in assigned categories, including brands, manufacturers, distributors, sellers, market trends, and the competitive landscape
- Identify and prioritize high-potential sellers using market research, AI-powered tools, and industry intelligence
- Assess sellers’ strategic fit, assortment quality, commercial potential, and operational capabilities
- Partner with Account Managers to provide qualified seller opportunities and support recruitment prioritization
- Maintain a structured pipeline of category opportunities and seller leads in HubSpot
- Analyze assortment coverage, product gaps, pricing competitiveness, and brand representation to identify growth opportunities
- Translate seller feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, Tech, and Customer Care teams.
требования
- Strong analytical and research capabilities to identify market trends and opportunities
- Ability to use AI tools, data platforms, and analytical techniques, including SQL, APIs, Power BI, and Excel
- Good understanding of vehicle brands, product categories, and automotive aftermarket ecosystems
- Solid knowledge of marketplace business models and seller operations
- CRM management experience with HubSpot
- Ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English at minimum C1 level.
