- Architect and build highly performant and scalable solutions using the Microsoft tech stack and SOLID design principles;
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile project teams in two-week sprints;
- Advocate for best practices;
- Ensure software is delivered to schedule;
- Develop new features;
- Drive the adoption of AI within the business;
- Introduce chat bots;
- Explore the use of AI to improve processes;
- Report to and collaborate with the CTO.
требования
- Experienced Software Developer or Engineer with strong knowledge of modern best practices;
- Strong C# backend development skills;
- Good knowledge of AWS;
- Experience working on highly scalable systems;
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, Data Structures, and Design Patterns;
- Experience with or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence;
- Knowledge of ChatGPT;
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Organisation and planning abilities;
- Business acumen;
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Nice to have: Python coding skills.

- Salary to £100k;
