• Architect and build highly performant and scalable solutions using the Microsoft tech stack and SOLID design principles;
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile project teams in two-week Sprints;
• Advocate for best practices and ensure software is delivered to schedule;
• Drive the adoption of AI within the business, including chat bots and process improvement initiatives;
• Report to and collaborate with the CTO.

• Experienced Software Developer / Engineer with strong knowledge of modern best practices;
• Strong C# backend development skills;
• Good knowledge of AWS;
• Experience working on highly scalable systems;
• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, Data Structures, and Design Patterns;
• Experience with or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Copilot;
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;
• Organisation and planning abilities;
• Business acumen and advanced communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Nice to have: Python coding skills.
