• Design and implement high-performance C++ applications while maintaining code quality and system stability;
• Perform advanced crash dump analysis and BSOD investigations;
• Develop and maintain secure authentication implementations using Windows security protocols;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve critical technical issues;
• Mentor junior developers in system-level programming and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of professional experience in C++ development with demonstrated senior-level expertise;
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows internals and system architecture;
• Advanced proficiency in WinDbg for crash dump analysis;
• Strong understanding of x64 architecture;
• Experience with WIN32 API;
• Ability to analyze and resolve BSOD issues;
• Deep knowledge of Windows Authentication Architecture, including SSPI, Kerberos protocol implementation, LDAP protocol, and directory services;
• Extensive experience with RPC and DCOM;
• Strong understanding of memory management, thread synchronization, and system resource optimization.
