• Build and extend web services in the internal developer platform;
• Develop tooling to automate the development process and improve its quality;
• Own changes end to end, from problem reporting to releasing a fix.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
• Deep understanding of C#, the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms;
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and domain-oriented architecture;
• Ability to establish and maintain automated quality control through tests, analyzers, and CI gates;
• Ability to split large projects into small, independently shippable increments;
• Ability to assess design and implementation quality during code reviews and explain the assessment;
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams;
• Nice to have: experience leading a technical initiative from idea to production, understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD, willingness to learn, accept new challenges, and grow as an IC.
