• Build and extend web services in the internal developer platform;
• Work on tooling to automate the development process and improve its quality;
• Own changes end to end, from the engineer reporting the problem to the release that fixes it.

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
• Have a deep understanding of C#, the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms;
• Know software design principles, including object-oriented design and domain-oriented architecture;
• Establish and maintain automated quality control through tests, analyzers, and CI gates;
• Split large projects into small, independently shippable increments;
• Judge design and implementation quality during code reviews and explain the judgment;
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams;
• Nice to have: experience leading a technical initiative from idea to production, understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD, willingness to learn, accept new challenges, and grow as an IC;
