• Continuously develop and improve desktop products;
• Plan, implement, and roll out new features;
• Maintain and modernize application components;

• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize and plan work.

• Strong knowledge of C++17 or C++20 and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles;
• Hands-on experience with the Qt framework;
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong people management skills: delegation, team-building, and mentoring;
• 3+ Years of experience as a software developer;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field;
• Nice to have: 1+ years of team leadership experience.
