c/c++ developer eTrading platforms

• Develop and maintain the trading platform;
• Ensure the platform meets high standards of quality, security, and performance;
• Participate in an agile software development lifecycle covering technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews;
• Collaborate with the production support team on component releases and maintenance;
• Develop eTrading platform modules, components, and utilities;
• Own the platform across development, support, CI/CD, and bug fixing;
• Coordinate work with global engineering, business, and support teams;
• Drive innovation across greenfield work.

• At least 5 years of software development experience;
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT team lead;
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real-time systems;
• Experience with agile development methodologies;
• Experience with migration and refactoring projects to new rails;
• Recent C++ experience with C++11, C++14, C++17, or C++20;
• Knowledge of STL and Boost;
• Understanding of design and architecture principles, common data structures, and algorithms;
• Confident Linux user with Linux development tools, including cmake, gcc, and gdb;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Unix scripts, bash, python, knowledge of FIX protocol or other Fintech protocols.
