The company provides IT services and consulting, focusing on the development, modernization, and system integration of enterprise applications.

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Define, maintain, and evolve the software architecture;
• Evaluate technical solutions, designs, and implementations;
• Support feature planning and prioritization;
• Guide and mentor the development team on implementation approaches and technical solutions;
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices;
• Collaborate with customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Identify technical risks in legacy systems and propose modernization strategies;
• Ensure a consistent technical direction across the project;
• Establish clear technical guidelines and make architectural decisions.

• Senior-level software engineering experience, ideally with Lead Developer or Software Architect experience;
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership without being the primary hands-on developer;
• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and customers;
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly;
• Structured, analytical, and proactive working style;
• Confidence working with conflicting requirements and complex legacy environments;
• German: Fluent (mandatory);
• English: Strong technical proficiency;
• Expertise in .NET / C#, Software Architecture (e.g., Clean Architecture), Blazor, Web UI frameworks, Backend technologies (APIs and services), SOAP and REST APIs, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), and legacy systems modernization.
