задачи
- Implement code, review code, and test
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and correctness
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues
- Collaborate with engineering and Product teams
- Make pragmatic decisions that balance risk, maintainability, and business needs
- Improve code quality and internal structure where possible
- Take ownership of a backend system critical to the company and its customers
- Help define the roadmap and identify the best technical solutions
- Run experiments and bring forward new ideas
требования
- 5+ Years of experience building and maintaining production systems as a backend engineer
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails
- An AI-first mindset, using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex in daily workflows
- Experience working on large-scale products
- Experience owning business-critical systems
- A methodical approach to debugging and problem-solving
- Comfortable working autonomously with high ownership
- Advanced English
