Backend engineer in IAM

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to develop secure, cloud-native applications and microservices, contributing to a major modernisation of an identity and access management (IAM) platform.

• Design, develop and maintain backend microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and EventBridge.
• Develop automated integration and end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to IAM services, identity platform migration and secure third-party integrations.
• Maintain production applications and support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and SRE specialists on technical design and code quality.

• 5+ years’ experience in backend or full-stack software development.
• Strong, recent hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services and distributed, asynchronous systems.
• Test automation skills using tools such as Jest, Postman or Playwright.
• Understanding of CI/CD and production deployment practices.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
