full stack developer for digital products

• Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees;
• Apply software engineering practices from analyzing user needs and developing features to automated testing and deployment;
• Ensure solution quality, security, reliability, and compliance by applying digital principles and implementing functional and non-functional requirements;
• Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help resolve incidents, and remediate root causes of risks and issues;
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs;
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute to engineering culture and internal communities;
• Work on initiatives introducing service-based, event-driven, and messaging architecture in Azure.

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline;
• 5+ Years of experience with C# and .NET Core;
• Experience with messaging platforms;
• Experience with containers;
• Proficiency in React;
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture;
• Experience with cloud architecture and engineering;
• Knowledge of Agile, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps practices;
• Skills in engineering best practices and Clean Code delivery;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Keen interest in understanding how the business works;
• Passion for learning and innovation;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Kafka, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service, Container Apps, App Service, Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus.
