Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services with support from teammates
Implement well-scoped technical solutions for customer-facing features
Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and operational excellence
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software
Learn new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve engineering skills
требования
Experience building backend applications with modern programming languages and frameworks
Understanding of backend engineering fundamentals, including APIs, databases, and distributed systems
Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
Good understanding of software engineering principles and clean coding practices
Familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architectures
Basic understanding of cloud platforms and modern development practices, preferably AWS
Motivation to write reliable, well-tested, and maintainable code
Full professional proficiency in English
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactivity in seeking feedback and improving skills
Collaborative approach to problem-solving
Ownership of assigned work and follow-through on commitments
