• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts to rapidly iterate on customer-centric solutions
• Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments to improve product offerings
• Maintain and improve code quality, system efficiency, and development processes
• Design scalable solutions, mentor team members, and contribute to team strategy
• Participate in hiring to build a strong engineering team
• Develop using Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Node.js, and other technologies

• 6+ Years of software development experience
• Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks
• High proficiency in Java and experience with web application architecture
• Strong background in writing tests and creating maintainable code
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of AI technologies and mature judgment regarding quality and security
