• Anticipate and solve scale challenges across Foundations' core systems, including transactions, search indexing, and billing;
• Drive architectural work that keeps Qonto's growth ahead of its infrastructure;
• Own end-to-end technical programs spanning multiple teams and involving Legal, Risk, Compliance, and leadership;
• Identify future platform investments, from granular permissions to AI-native integrations, and translate them into technical roadmaps;
• Raise the engineering bar through mentoring, coaching programs, and technical enablement;
• Connect company and customer needs to concrete technical plans and communicate them to engineers and executives.

• Experience designing and scaling high-volume backend systems such as transactions, search/indexing, billing, or similar systems under real growth pressure;
• Experience driving complex, multi-team technical initiatives involving Legal, Risk, Compliance, and leadership;
• Ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes;
• High autonomy in ambiguous environments, including independently mapping ecosystems, identifying risks, and proposing initiatives;
• Experience raising the bar for groups of engineers through mentoring programs, documentation, or structured technical enablement;
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate architecture, prototyping, and communication.
