The Gaming team supports studios in creating, developing, and launching games, while its Live games team focuses on increasing engagement with existing games.

• Create and code innovative gameplay features
• Plan the evolution of client technology according to the game vision and product, design, and art needs
• Manage the development cycle, identify engineering tasks, and establish processes to execute the roadmap
• Partner with the General Manager on technical team structure, recruitment, and onboarding
• Ensure high engineering standards, solid coding practices, long-term quality, and a fast development pace
• Monitor product health and work with central teams to improve product quality and address issues on time
• Deconstruct, analyze, and adapt mobile game mechanics
• Work with product leadership on roadmaps, rollouts, and adoption
• Provide technical leadership for the team
• Develop game design details, oversee testing, and revise the game in response to player feedback

• At least 5 years of professional Unity experience
• Experience in technical leadership
• A successful track record in top-tier mobile games
• Familiarity with optimization issues
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Experience with AI-supported development
• Creative, hacker mindset and a good sense of gameplay experience, with attention to detail
