Have 5+ years of backend development experience;
Have extensive eCommerce experience with SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris, Magento, Mirakl, or similar platforms;
Have strong knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP S/4, Elasticsearch/Solr, Redis, MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL;
Have strong Java and Spring Boot experience;
Have experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and cloud-native architectures;
Have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container registries;
Have a strong understanding of microservices, monoliths, distributed systems, and horizontal/vertical scaling;
Have experience with REST, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, Kafka, or Pub/Sub;
Have strong knowledge of CI/CD, testing, code quality, and backend engineering practices;
Have experience with monitoring, logging, APM, and distributed tracing tools;
Have a good understanding of OAuth2 and modern authentication/authorization practices;
Have strong communication and presentation skills;
Have excellent English;
Nice to have: experience with OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, ELK/EFK, or CloudWatch, disaster recovery, resiliency, and high-availability strategies, architecture documentation, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
