backend developer for an insurance platform

• Launch integrations with partner websites, applications, and internal platforms, working with APIs, data models, and product flows
• Participate in large-scale integration projects, including architecture design, platform component development or extension, and reliable launches
• Design and develop reusable platform components for pricing, scoring, billing, and managing insurance products and contracts
• Implement platform components, define their architecture, and integrate them into the insurance platform lifecycle
• Solve high-load infrastructure challenges, including scaling to tens of thousands of RPS, optimizing data storage, and improving system performance
• Develop solutions for large datasets, including efficient search, data separation, and automated testing approaches
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers, and contribute to building a strong engineering team

• Strong C++ skills and understanding that a programming language is a tool
• Solid coding skills
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Interest in solving complex engineering problems and professional growth
