• design, implement, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and data storage solutions to support web and enterprise applications.
• writing clean, efficient Python code
• optimizing application performance
• integrating with front-end components and third-party services
• ensuring security and reliability of back-end systems
• collaborating with front-end developers, product stakeholders, and QA engineers
• participating in code reviews
• contributing to architectural decisions
• help document technical solutions
• monitor production systems
• support continuous improvement of development processes and tools

• Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side services.
• Proficiency in Software Development practices such as version control, testing, and debugging.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in Python.
• Foundational Front-End Development knowledge to collaborate effectively with front-end teams and integrate back-end services.
• Robust Programming skills in Python and familiarity with common frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
