Shape how JLL builds with AI.

Engineers, business teams and vendors across JLL are already building AI agents and large language model (LLM) applications on JLL Falcon, our category-scale AI platform for commercial real estate. We are looking for an experienced AI leader to define the standards, frameworks and governance that will enable the business to scale AI safely, responsibly and effectively.

This is a highly influential role at the intersection of architecture, engineering, governance and innovation. You will establish the patterns others follow, guide technical decision-making across the organisation, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value while meeting the highest standards of quality, security and reliability.

Define AI Architecture Standards

• Establish reference architectures, design patterns and best practices for AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
• Define standards for tool usage, orchestration, agent workflows and system integration.
• Create reusable frameworks that accelerate adoption across JLL.

Lead AI Governance and Quality

• Define what "ready for production" means for AI applications.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks and testing standards.
• Create approval processes and governance models that ensure AI solutions can be deployed safely and responsibly.

Drive Model and Platform Strategy

• Own the selection, governance and lifecycle management of AI models.
• Define how model traffic is routed through the AI gateway.
• Optimise performance, reliability and cost across the AI ecosystem.
• Evaluate emerging models and technologies to ensure JLL remains at the forefront of AI innovation.

Provide Technical Leadership

• Review solution designs proposed by internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Offer clear architectural guidance and make informed decisions on design approaches.
• Identify risks, challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with established standards.

Partner Across the Organisation

• Work closely with platform engineers, Enterprise AI teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure standards are practical, adopted and embedded within delivery teams.
• Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical functions to drive AI excellence at scale.

• Proven experience building and operating enterprise-scale AI, agent or LLM platforms in production environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI governance, guardrails, evaluation frameworks and responsible AI controls.
• Strong understanding of AI architecture, model orchestration, retrieval systems, agent design and platform engineering.
• Ability to influence technical decision-making across diverse teams and external vendors.
• Excellent judgement with the confidence to challenge existing approaches and adapt when presented with better alternatives.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to design, build and review complex systems and architectures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
