задачи
- Provide technical leadership to frontend engineering teams and guide implementation;
- Design and architect complex UI systems and define technology stacks and architectural patterns;
- Lead feature development and work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery;
- Conduct code reviews and performance analysis;
- Participate in and influence system architecture decisions;
- Mentor mid- and senior-level developers and support team growth;
- Lead communication with stakeholders up to director level;
- Support internal tech talks, meetups, and knowledge sharing;
- Contribute to upsell strategies by aligning technical direction with business goals;
- Conduct technical interviews up to senior levels.
требования
- 10+ Years of experience in building complex front-end applications using Angular (v12+);
- Expert in JavaScript and TypeScript;
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and browser rendering performance;
- Understanding of NoSQL databases and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP;
- Experience with unit testing frameworks including Jasmine, Karma, and Jest;
- Proven ability to lead frontend teams and projects from architecture to deployment;
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth2, and web security best practices;
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker;
- Solid understanding of SPA architecture and UI design patterns;
- Nice to have: knowledge of other modern frameworks like React and Vue, exposure to Node.js and Express.js backend, experience with ARIA, SVG, or rich animations, familiarity with browser profilers, experience in public speaking or leading tech talks.
