DKB Code Factory develops a mobile banking app with brokerage features covering stock trading, investment plans, portfolio performance, account opening, and orders.

Contribute to the Broker Android codebase by implementing and delivering appropriately scoped features and bug fixes from ticket to production;
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to ensure high quality and continuous delivery;
Collaborate with Product and Design to clarify requirements, implement acceptance criteria, and iterate on user-facing flows including account opening, trading, investment plans, portfolios, and orders;
Learn and apply team quality standards by writing maintainable code, adding appropriate tests, and documenting technical decisions and PRs;
Seek and apply feedback from peers and mentors, proactively raise blockers, and ask for clarification when requirements are ambiguous;
Support migration and platform work as required, following established architecture and testing practices;
Contribute to team culture by sharing ideas, participating in knowledge sharing, and helping maintain a collaborative environment.
требования
Strong programming or computer science foundations;
Basic understanding of Android development concepts and familiarity with Android Studio;
Comfortable coding in Kotlin or willing to learn Kotlin quickly;
Clear verbal and written communication in English;
Eagerness to learn, receive coaching, and grow technical skills through mentorship and on-the-job experience;
Collaborative mindset and ability to participate constructively in reviews, pair programming, and cross-functional discussions;
