• Turn concepts into high-fidelity prototypes, product flows, and polished interfaces;
• Shape strong product concepts from vague input and design for the whole product;
• Frame unclear problems and set hypotheses;
• Guide teams from initial questions to a clear product direction;
• Run workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with Product, Research, Engineering, and Business;
• Coordinate stakeholder involvement throughout the discovery process.

• Deep knowledge of design fundamentals and ability to produce high visual quality;
• Ability to explain design choices and their impact;
• 6+ Years of experience in product design;
• Strong discovery and design work to show;
• Portfolio of discovery-led case studies demonstrating strong thinking and high-quality design;
• Strong product thinking and collaboration skills across Product, Research, Engineering, and Business;
• High standards, low ego, and ability to challenge weak ideas constructively;
• Comfortable working with uncertainty and without a clean brief;
• Fluent English;
• German at C1+ level.
