AI platform engineer for agentic workflows

• Design and build agentic development tools, automations, and workflows throughout the SDLC.
• Develop and integrate AI agents, including orchestration, tool use, creating MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and context engineering.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and deterministic quality checks to ensure reliable agent outputs.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) automation, and internal developer tools (CLIs/IDP).
• Integrate AI workflows into enterprise ecosystems (Jira, version control platforms, and CI pipelines).
• Ensure continuous improvement of engineering efficiency, reliability, and Developer Experience.

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including Senior- or Lead-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production (orchestration, MCP servers, and evaluations).
• Strong command of Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Practical proficiency in Python and TypeScript (knowledge of Kotlin, Go, or Rust is valued).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP or equivalent) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Experience developing Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), CLI tools, or workflow engines.
• Daily practical use of agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, and fluency in English (C1 level required).
• Residence in Portugal and availability for a hybrid model (1 day per week at the office in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra).
