• Build and maintain AI-powered products, agents, backend services, and integrations across the portfolio.
• Take features from design through implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
• Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of existing services; investigate and resolve production issues.
• Work with LLM APIs, agent workflows, retrieval, tool integrations, and data systems where the product requires them.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to turn requests into deliverable increments and help increase weekly release throughput.
• Help train internal models and bring them into production.

• Strong Python engineering and experience building and operating production backend services.
• Hands-on experience building production LLM agents with LangChain or LangGraph, including MCP servers or clients and agent orchestration workflows, with attention to quality, observability, and cost.
• Experience designing and integrating production APIs.
• Experience with Docker-based deployments, automated testing, and diagnosing issues in production systems.
• Ability to work across existing codebases, make sound technical decisions, and deliver independently while collaborating with others.
• Working proficiency in English.
