• Develop innovative AI products and intelligent software solutions;
• Build and enhance AI agents and modern LLM applications;
• Develop high-performance backend services and APIs;
• Support architecture decisions and build scalable systems;
• Develop a flexible platform for easy integration and replacement of different AI models;
• Optimize and deploy modern AI solutions in production;
• Collaborate closely with an experienced AI and software engineering team.

• Several years of experience as a Software, Backend, or Fullstack Engineer;
• Very strong Python skills;
• Experience with LLMs, PyTorch, Transformers, or comparable AI frameworks;
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, GitOps, Helm, and cloud-native development;
• Very good German and English skills;
• Nice to have: Rust, TypeScript, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning.
