• Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands-on enablement sessions;
• Deliver code-first learning experiences rather than slide-based training;
• Build demos, labs, and reusable enablement assets;
• Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that accelerate adoption and improve enablement outcomes;
• Travel and deliver sessions onsite as needed;
• Build expertise in emerging technologies and apply them rapidly to enablement content.

• 3+ Years of experience in AI Engineering and software development;
• Proficiency in Python, including advanced backend development;
• Expertise in LangGraph and MLflow, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in each;
• Skills in Databricks, CI/CD, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent);
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot;
• Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills;
• Capability to facilitate hands-on workshops and bootcamps confidently;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Skills in designing workflows and automation solutions that improve processes and enhance enablement offerings, familiarity with Spec-Driven Development practices.
