EPAM is a provider of digital platform engineering services, software product development, and digital transformation solutions.
задачи
- Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands-on enablement sessions;
- Deliver code-first learning experiences rather than slide-based training;
- Build demos, labs, and reusable enablement assets;
- Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that accelerate adoption and improve enablement outcomes;
- Travel and deliver sessions onsite as needed;
- Build expertise in emerging technologies and apply them rapidly to enablement content.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in AI Engineering and software development;
- Proficiency in Python, including advanced backend development;
- Expertise in LangGraph and MLflow, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in each;
- Skills in Databricks, CI/CD, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent);
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot;
- Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills;
- Capability to facilitate hands-on workshops and bootcamps confidently;
- English B2;
- Nice to have: Skills in designing workflows and automation solutions that improve processes and enhance enablement offerings, familiarity with Spec-Driven Development practices.
