• Design production-ready AI and automation architecture;
• Select and integrate LLMs, workflow engines, RPA, low-code and custom solutions;
• Drive AI use cases across SDLC, QA, CI/CD, DevSecOps, operations, payments, fraud and compliance;
• Build PoCs and take successful solutions into production;
• Define AI security, governance, evaluation, observability and cost controls.

• 8+ Years in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering or Solution Architecture;
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled or automation solutions into production;
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration, evaluations and observability;
• Experience with APIs, events, identity, permissions, secrets and CI/CD;
• Understanding of AI security, privacy, reliability and cost optimisation;
• Coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Go, Java or similar;
• Strong English communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience in fintech, payments, banking, fraud, AML, GDPR, PCI DSS or the EU AI Act.
