• Advise clients on AI solutions and help optimize business processes;
• Develop, implement, and optimize AI and ML models;
• Collect, clean, and prepare data for model training;
• Collaborate with IT, business, and risk management teams to translate business needs into technical designs and integrate them into existing systems;
• Automate processes with AI and RPA and identify processes suitable for automation;
• Communicate and explain AI initiatives to stakeholders;
• Lead projects according to experience, ambition, and client needs.

• Hold a completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Data Science, AI, or Computer Science;
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a technical, AI-related role;
• Have some work experience in the financial sector, such as banking, insurance, or pension funds;
• Be interested in AI developments and willing to deepen expertise in this area;
• Have Dutch speaking and writing proficiency;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Python, SQL, Azure, PowerBI, Databricks, and/or Power Automate.
