• Design, develop and continuously improve AI agents using Python, LangGraph, LangChain and agent frameworks;
• Design agent workflows covering task decomposition, tool/function calling, state and memory management, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls;
• Develop integrations with REST/gRPC APIs and external tools;
• Engineer, test and version prompts and agent configurations;
• Build evaluation frameworks using golden datasets, regression test suites and quality metrics;
• Adapt and localize general-purpose AI agents to business requirements, terminology, workflows and operational controls;
• Implement observability and monitoring for agent behaviour, latency, token usage and failure modes;
• Contribute to model lifecycle management and optimise cost, performance and context-window usage;
• Monitor and maintain AI agents in production environments;
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to agent behaviour, integrations, performance and reliability;
• Support controlled deployment and configuration management using Docker, Kubernetes and ConfigMaps;
• Analyse production feedback and improve agent performance and user experience;
• Participate in shadow testing, regression testing and controlled rollouts;
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and operational teams to translate business processes into reliable AI behaviours.

• 6 Years of experience in Python software engineering;
• 1 To 2 years of hands-on experience developing LLM/Generative AI applications;
• Practical experience building AI-powered applications with agentic architectures, APIs and cloud-native environments;
• Strong experience in Python engineering and LLM/GenAI applications;
• Experience with at least one agent framework, such as CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or similar;
• Understanding of ReAct-style loops, tool calling and structured outputs;
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG patterns and LLM evaluation techniques;
• Experience consuming REST/gRPC APIs, with knowledge of JSON schema design and async Python;
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes basics;
• Experience with pytest, mocking LLM calls and deterministic test design for non-deterministic systems;
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborative, open-minded, analytical, autonomous and solution-oriented;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a demanding production environment;
• Adaptable in a rapidly evolving AI environment;
• Client-focused, proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership;
• English at C1 level.

• Gross annual salary from 43 K€ to 53 K€, depending on experience;
