With TendiGo, we are building an AI platform that fundamentally changes how companies find, analyze, and win public tenders. We are transforming one of Europe's largest markets, with an annual volume of over €2.6 trillion. Our SaaS currently grows by a six-figure ARR amount every month and recorded 0% churn over the past two months. Following a successful funding round, we are now scaling TendiGo even faster. We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer (m/f/d) to shape TendiGo's product and technical future together with us.

• You bring features from idea to production and take ownership of key product areas from day one.

• You can independently develop, deploy, and operate full-stack applications.
• You don't wait for instructions, but identify what needs to be done and take full responsibility for the outcome.
• You are technically strong, but above all a generalist. Whether it's architecture, backend, UI/UX, visual content, or copy, you hold everything that goes into a scaling SaaS to a high standard.
• You quickly learn new technologies, business models, sales processes, and customer problems. Ideally, you have already built something yourself, for example through founding a company, self-employment, or a personal project.
• You turn complex ideas into high-quality products exceptionally quickly and are not satisfied with average results.
• You consistently integrate modern AI tools into your development process, automate recurring tasks, and continually improve the quality and speed of your work.
• German language skills at C2 level: You speak and write German fluently at a professional level, as you will work closely with the founders and our German-speaking customers.

• As the first AI Engineer, you will shape not only features, but also the product, architecture, and engineering culture from the outset.
• You will work with ambitious and capable people who think quickly, take responsibility, and drive each other to keep developing. As the company grows, your role may expand to include building and leading your own engineering team.
• You will work directly with the founders, make product and technology decisions independently, and put compelling ideas into practice without unnecessary processes.
• You will have unlimited access to the most powerful AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, or new, more powerful tools) and the freedom to integrate new technologies into your development process immediately.
• You can independently bring your own solutions into production quickly, receive immediate feedback from customers, and see how your work transforms users' day-to-day professional lives.
• We offer a very attractive salary of €80,000 to €110,000, reflecting your performance and the responsibility of this role.
