Maintain and improve the performance team’s AI setup, including Dify, Slack alerts and agents, MCP connectors to ClickHouse and other services, and model API keys and spending
Prepare agent-built solutions for production in a maintainable form
Use an agent-first approach to code maintenance
Ship solutions safely without exposing them to the internet or causing disruptions
Build AI tools to automate performance marketing workflows and help the team work faster
Identify where new platforms or tools could help and own their rollout
Document the infrastructure
Help the team adopt AI in day-to-day work through templates, scripts, and training
Measure the impact of rollouts on speed, quality, errors, and costs before and after implementation
Work with the IT team on shared company AI infrastructure
требования
Experience taking AI/LLM solutions into production, from identifying the problem to integrating them into real workflows
Background as an AI engineer
Hands-on experience designing and building solutions
Development background in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or a related field
Experience building functional agent-based systems and automation workflows
Будет плюсом: performance marketing or marketing data experience, hands-on experience with Dify or similar platforms, Python, Docker, CI/CD, secrets management, SQL, ClickHouse, ad network APIs (Meta, TikTok), agent orchestration frameworks, internal tooling, gamedev knowledge
