Andersen is developing AI-powered solutions for a global technology company that provides enterprise digital platforms for automating complex operational, financial, and compliance workflows. The project integrates AI capabilities into a maritime port call management platform to improve operational efficiency, predictive capabilities, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Convert manual processes to fully automated processes;
• Partially automate processes when full automation is not achievable;
• Improve efficiency for the operations team and customers;
• Reduce repetitive manual work, mainly for the operations team;
• Predict answers to questions using an existing historical knowledge base;
• Predict costs based on historical knowledge;
• Automate tasks in a chatbot-style interface.

• 5+ Years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer;
• Experience with LLMs and building AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith;
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM orchestration;
• Knowledge of AI agent design patterns, including reasoning, planning, tool use, and memory management;
• Proven experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in production environments;
• Understanding of ML fundamentals and MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch;
• Strong coding skills in Python or similar languages;
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models;
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies;
• Experience with version control systems such as Git;
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets;
• Strong analytical thinking to identify and solve operational inefficiencies;
• Ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions;
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams;
• Ability to collaborate with developers, data scientists, and business analysts;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Nice to have: Java programming experience, strong Python application architecture skills for production deployments, monorepos, uv, microservices, Gunicorn, FastAPI, infrastructure as code in Azure with BICEP, automated production-grade AI/LLM deployments, production-grade cloud architecture, strong data science background.
