• Design and implement LangGraph/LangChain multi-step workflows, including RAG, tool calling, multi-step orchestration, and structured outputs;
• Integrate internal data through APIs and connectors;
• Automate end-to-end flows using Power Automate across Microsoft 365;
• Build evaluation datasets, define quality metrics, run regression tests, and implement observability and tracing with LangSmith and/or Azure AI Foundry tooling;
• Implement guardrails against prompt injection and data exfiltration;
• Handle PII redaction and align with retention and audit requirements alongside IT and security stakeholders;
• Build reusable libraries for prompt versioning, artifact generation, question banks, and retrieval components;
• Design, build, and operate production-grade internal AI applications;
• Establish engineering patterns and best practices for testing, evaluation, observability, and deployment;
• Translate AI product roadmaps into robust solutions that can be adopted globally.

• 4–6+ Years of relevant engineering experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI engineering;
• Experience leading technical projects and owning technical solutions;
• English at C1+ level;
• Strong Python skills, including API development and integration patterns;
• Deep hands-on experience delivering LLM-based solutions with RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows;
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks;
• Experience with production practices, including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and operational support;
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience;
• Nice to have: workflow automation and cloud ecosystems such as Power Automate or similar platforms, Azure environment including AI Foundry, Container Apps, and Functions, consulting or professional services delivery experience, familiarity with pricing, revenue management, or market research.
