• Co-lead discovery sessions with BMP Finance product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business processes, pain points, and constraints into solution requirements and success criteria;
• Evolve software development practices by leveraging internal AI agents and orchestrators through a Spec-Driven Development approach;
• Design end-to-end solutions from business problems to target architecture and document domain models, interface and event contracts, data schemas, decision logic, and policies;
• Deliver end-to-end backend and frontend solutions, including services, APIs, data layers, configuration, and product-facing user interfaces;
• Iterate on AI agents, prompts, specifications, tools, and guardrails using evaluation sets, quality metrics, and delivery feedback;
• Write high-quality, documented, testable specifications and code in collaboration with AI agents;
• Participate in code and specification reviews, testing, demos, and debugging;
• Conduct feasibility and effort estimation for new developments from early sprints.

• 5+ Years of software development experience with strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or similar technologies;
• Experience applying solid software engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows;
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques;
• Practical knowledge of Spec-Driven or Contract-First Development, including OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema, protobuf, or similar standards;
• Strong cloud expertise with Azure, AWS, or OCI;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automation, and observability practices;
• Understanding of software architecture and enterprise design principles, including API-First design, Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architectures, Kafka, and system integrations;
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to translate complex business or regulatory requirements into technical solutions;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English (B2+);
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and coordinating with engineers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Experience applying Spec-Driven Development to AI systems and automated AI validation pipelines, knowledge of financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries, familiarity with DORA, EU AI Act, or GDPR, experience in international software development environments, exposure to both frontend and backend technology ecosystems.
