• Write and maintain high-quality, testable, and reusable code;
• Lead the design of scalable and robust AI/ML solutions aligned with the platform’s vision;
• Own engineering execution for significant parts of AI flagship projects from technical design through production deployment;
• Co-author and champion coding standards and AI best practices supporting fairness, transparency, and accountability across models;
• Co-drive technical strategy by evaluating and prototyping advanced RAG techniques, LLM optimization, and agentic architectures;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across AI Programmes to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences;
• Develop and implement solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector databases to unlock insights from complex financial data.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or ML engineering;
• Deep expertise in Python and its ML/AI ecosystem;
• Familiarity with relational databases, vector databases, KV stores including Redis, and Pub/Sub;
• Strong command of microservices architecture, observability, API design, and concurrency models;
• Expert-level understanding of LLM architectures and extensive experience fine-tuning models on domain-specific data;
• Hands-on mastery of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, advanced prompt engineering, and agentic architectures;
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP;
• Proficiency with Azure or GCP, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GCP Cloud Build;
• Practical experience with TDD and BDD;
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English;
• Residing in Poland is required;
• Nice to have: leadership or architectural experience, familiarity with Java for occasional middleware and integration tasks.
