задачи
- Own AI architecture, delivery quality, and client-facing metrics;
- Build RAG, agents, process automation, NLP, predictive models, and computer vision;
- Deploy solutions in client environments with security and access-control requirements;
- Set technical standards, develop reusable components, and grow the engineering team.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in production ML/NLP and broad knowledge of modern AI;
- Technical leadership and production-level Python;
- End-to-end experience with RAG, vector stores, embeddings, and self-hosted open-weight model inference;
- Experience with evaluation sets, regression testing, Docker, Linux, and data pipelines;
- Enterprise security, project scoping, and architecture presentations;
- Fluent Russian and sufficient English for documentation.
