• Drive Fast Time-to-Market by working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to iterate quickly on prototypes and ensure a seamless transition of validated models and LLM applications into the production environment;
• Productionize AI and LLM prototypes by refactoring, deploying, and maintaining robust, performant AI services and intelligent agents in a high-traffic production environment;
• Build observability and measurement systems by implementing comprehensive evaluation solutions, metrics, tracing, and logging for all deployed AI features;
• Architect for reliability and scale by collaborating within the team to design and implement technical architecture, data pipelines, and orchestration systems supporting AI services;
• Design and deploy custom AI services by collaborating with the Platform Engineering team on leveraging foundational models to build application logic and custom components;
• Apply advanced AI techniques directly, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent flows, and fine-tuning methodologies;
• Contribute to discovery by proactively identifying and recommending new AI use cases based on system constraints, data availability, and production feasibility.

• Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning or LLM-based applications in a production environment;
• Proficiency in developing scalable and reliable backend services with a focus on API design and microservices architecture;
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, vector databases, MLOps tooling, prompt engineering, and implementing advanced techniques like RAG;
• Familiarity with building robust data pipelines, managing feature stores, and ensuring data quality for model consumption;
• Passion for achieving tangible business outcomes by turning complex technical ideas into reliable product features;
• Passion for knowledge transfer, collaboration, and mutual learning within a cross-functional team;
• Nice to have: Practical knowledge of AWS cloud environments and deploying containerized services using Kubernetes and Docker, Experience with model and LLM serving platforms like SageMaker, Bedrock, and Vertex AI.
