• Design and implement AI-powered solutions for automated test failure triage using LLM and RAG pipelines;
• Develop AI-based Change-Based Testing (CBT) using semantic similarity between code changes and test coverage;
• Generate AI test cases from feature specifications, Jira tickets, and Confluence documentation;
• Build and maintain end-to-end RAG pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and vector store retrieval;
• Develop AWS Lambda functions and API Gateway REST endpoints for CI/CD integration;
• Apply prompt engineering best practices and drive continuous evaluation of LLM solution accuracy;
• Utilize Cursor IDE with MCP integrations and agentic workflows to accelerate test code development;
• Write, maintain, and expand automated test suites in Java for Android TV platforms;
• Develop and maintain functional, regression, NFR, and CBT test suites;
• Triage and resolve test failures in ReportPortal and integrate results with QMetry;
• Support CI/CD pipeline health via Jenkins;
• Contribute to framework codebase improvements through refactoring and bug fixes;
• Participate in Kanban ceremonies and PI planning;
• Present AI solution demos to stakeholders and engineering leadership;
• Document AI system architecture and RAG pipelines in Confluence.

• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, including model access and Lambda integration;
• Practical knowledge of designing and operating AI agents and agentic workflows;
• End-to-end RAG pipeline implementation experience;
• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques;
• Working knowledge of vector databases like OpenSearch, Pinecone, or Faiss;
• Understanding of LLM guardrails and hallucination mitigation;
• Ability to reason through fine-tuning versus RAG approaches;
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex;
• Understanding of semantic similarity and embeddings;
• Proficiency in Python for AI pipeline scripting and data processing;
• 3+ Years of hands-on test automation development in Java;
• Experience with Appium or UiAutomator2 for mobile/Android UI automation;
• Experience with Android/ADB device management and test execution;
• Proficiency with ReportPortal, REST API, Jenkins, and Docker;
• English: C1 Advanced;
• Nice to have: Cursor IDE advanced features, Android TV platform testing, QMetry, Streamlit, DSPy, AWS SageMaker/MLflow, Kotlin.
