• Design and build AI solutions with a focus on LLMs and modern ML for business problems;
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features including definition, modeling, deployment, and monitoring;
• Develop and optimize LLM-based applications such as RAG, agents, and chatbots;
• Participate in the design and management of data pipelines for data collection and analytics;
• Develop and deploy AI solutions into cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability and security;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and internal tools;
• Identify and prioritize areas where AI and machine learning add value to business processes;
• Educate and guide stakeholders on AI applications to foster a culture of innovation.

• 3-5 Years in a Software Development role, including 2 years in AI/ML engineering;
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems;
• Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines;
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search;
• Background in building and managing data pipelines for AI/ML systems;
• Strong programming skills in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming;
• Experience with cloud platforms and integrating AI solutions into cloud-based systems;
• Proficiency in database management, data wrangling, and distributed systems;
• Solid foundation in algorithm design, statistics, and data science;
• Nice to have: MLOps practices, strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, passion for driving innovation, high ownership mindset, excellent presentation and documentation skills.
