• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio;
• Build and maintain agentic workflows that automate and augment sales processes end-to-end;
• Develop and integrate Microsoft Power Apps-based solutions to support the Augmented Sales Program;
• Apply Generative AI application development practices to create intelligent, context-aware solutions;
• Contribute to solution architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate sales process requirements into technical agent designs;
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of the AI platform.

• 3+ Years of hands-on experience designing and implementing autonomous agent systems and agentic automation engineering;
• Expertise in agentic workflows with deep understanding of multi-step, goal-driven workflow orchestration;
• Proficiency in Generative AI application development with proven experience building production-grade solutions (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG);
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Copilot Studio;
• Expert-level competency in Microsoft Power Apps, including building and integrating Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments;
• Intermediate knowledge of solution architecture;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed, international team;
• English B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services, background in Power Automate, Dataverse, or other Microsoft Power Platform components, understanding of CRM systems, knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
