задачи
- Design and implement AI-powered product features end-to-end using LLMs or custom ML models;
- Build RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI-driven workflows;
- Train, evaluate, and deploy custom models for classification, anomaly detection, and structured prediction;
- Develop agent-ready APIs and integrations to enable autonomous product behavior;
- Manage prompt engineering with versioning, evaluation, and quality control;
- Guide architecture decisions through implementation and hands-on development;
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers through pairing;
- Collaborate on sprint planning, feature scoping, and cross-functional design discussions;
- Drive engineering standards and quality through working code;
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications;
- Write efficient SQL queries and manage schema design;
- Work within AWS-hosted, containerized environments;
- Contribute to frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
требования
- Experience shipping real AI features to production using LLMs, RAG, agents, and prompt engineering;
- Experience building and debugging RAG systems, vector search, and AI evaluation loops;
- Proficiency in validating AI-generated code and using AI coding tools;
- 5+ Years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with leadership in architecture, mentoring, and code reviews;
- Strong SQL skills and experience with AWS environments;
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, and modern frontend frameworks;
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Proactive and independent in remote teams;
- Nice to have: Experience with PHP/CodeIgniter.
