Design and implement AI-powered product features end-to-end using LLMs or custom ML models;
Build RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI-driven workflows;
Train, evaluate, and deploy custom models for classification, anomaly detection, and structured prediction;
Develop agent-ready APIs and integrations to enable autonomous product behavior;
Manage prompt engineering with versioning, evaluation, and quality control;
Guide architecture decisions through implementation and hands-on development;
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers through pairing;
Collaborate on sprint planning, feature scoping, and cross-functional design discussions;
Drive engineering standards and quality through working code;
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications;
Write efficient SQL queries and manage schema design;
Work within AWS-hosted, containerized environments;

Experience shipping real AI features to production using LLMs, RAG, agents, and prompt engineering;
Experience building and debugging RAG systems, vector search, and AI evaluation loops;
Proficiency in validating AI-generated code and using AI coding tools;
5+ Years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with leadership in architecture, mentoring, and code reviews;
Strong SQL skills and experience with AWS environments;
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, and modern frontend frameworks;
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes;
Excellent English communication skills;
Proactive and independent in remote teams;
Nice to have: Experience with PHP/CodeIgniter.
