• Lead and manage significant operational plans and large-scale AI security projects and initiatives with substantial independence;
• Develop and enforce AI usage guardrails;
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of AI security professionals and support staff;
• Ensure AI security project objectives are met within established parameters;
• Contribute to the readiness of IT platforms for future AI integration;
• Provide input on resource planning and the development of security policies for AI/ML systems;
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for AI security within the Cyber Security department;
• Contribute to short to mid-term talent optimization plans within the AI security domain.

• 6 To 10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML security principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OWASP ML Top 10), and best practices;
• Strong understanding of machine learning model vulnerabilities, data poisoning, adversarial attacks, and privacy-preserving ML techniques;
• Proficiency in cloud security principles and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) as they apply to AI workloads;
• Experience with security architecture, threat modeling, and risk assessment for AI systems;
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI principles;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Bachelor's degree;
• Nice to have: Master's degree.
