The Digital&IPA team at PwC Poland provides IT consulting services and manages IT projects for Polish and international clients, primarily within the financial sector. The team handles the design, development, and implementation of solutions, including functional specifications, data analysis, business requirements definition, testing support, and mobile application creation.

• Design and implement modern applications;
• Participate in the process of creating high-performance solution architecture;
• Create project documentation;
• Participate in software deployments;
• Collaborate with users to resolve ongoing issues.

• Advanced Python programming and SDLC experience;
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms;
• Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and calculus;
• Proficiency in ETL, data pipelines, modeling, and SQL/NoSQL databases;
• Proficiency in ML libraries: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face;
• Experience in NLP/NLU: text processing, embeddings, NER, semantic analysis;
• Hands-on experience with neural networks for NLP and computer vision;
• Deep understanding of LLMs: transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and API integrations;
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI);
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) in Gen AI solutions;
• Strong Python software engineering skills with coding standards and best practices;
• Experience in code reviews, debugging, testing, and version control;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience containerizing AI solutions and deploying across enterprise environments;
• Proficiency in integrating logging, monitoring, and alerting systems;
• Nice to have: Strong problem-solving using systems thinking and first principles, capability to design scalable, resilient, and secure end-to-end systems, expertise in API design, event-driven architectures, microservices, serverless, and containers, familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, knowledge of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and network security.
