We're already the go-to solution for these companies when it comes to specialized AI call handling, serving some of the oldest and largest businesses in the industry. Founded by an ex-VC and launched at the end of 2025, FixCall AI already handles tens of thousands of customer calls every month through its AI agents. The company is growing fast.

• You'll build, test, and refine the AI systems that drive live customer conversations, from prompts and conversational logic to tools and backend integrations.
• You'll work with our US clients day-to-day and help continuously improve the product.

• You don't just execute given tasks (AI can do that pretty well now). You notice what's missing, question existing approaches, and actively look for ways to improve the product and the customer experience.
• You can think through technical problems logically and develop practical solutions. Hands-on coding experience is important.
• You can quickly grasp AI prompting concepts, LLM behavior, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good enough is never enough. An almost-unsettling need for perfection is a feature.

• A three-month paid internship, with the expectation of transitioning to a full-time position upon successful completion.
